Add Your KCCU Cards to Your Mobile Wallet

Adding your KCCU debit and credit cards to your mobile wallet is the safest way to make purchases with your cards. Mobile wallets offer better security than swiping your physical debit or credit cards or storing your cards in individual apps.

Your KCCU debit and credit cards are compatible with Apple Pay®, Google Pay™ and Samsung Pay®. Add them today for the most secure shopping experience.

⚠️ Fraud Alert ⚠️

FRAUD ALERT: Scammers Are Impersonating KCCU’s Fraud Department

We have been made aware of fraudulent phone calls in which scammers are pretending to be from the KCCU Fraud Department.

During these calls, scammers may ask members to provide information from their debit or credit card, including:

• The last 8–10 digits of the card number
• The CVV/security code on the back of the card
• The card expiration date
• Other personal or financial information

Do not provide this information.

If you receive a suspicious call claiming to be from KCCU, hang up and contact the Credit Union directly. We can verify whether the call was legitimate and help protect your account and personal information.

If you believe your card or account information may have been compromised, you can immediately pause your cards through the KCCU mobile app:

1. Log in to the KCCU mobile app.
2. Scroll down to Card Management.
3. Select each card you would like to pause.
4. Tap the green toggle to temporarily pause use of the card.

After pausing your card, please contact KCCU right away so we can review your account and assist you with any additional steps that may be necessary.

Your security is our top priority. If you are ever unsure about a phone call, text message, or other communication claiming to be from KCCU, contact us directly before providing information or taking any action.

Important Information for MasterCard Credit and Debit Cards!

Visit our MasterCard page for information on safely and securely activating your MasterCard or report your lost or stolen card online. We’ve added two new online services giving cardholders more options for activating new cards and reporting cards lost or stolen. Members can now activate their cards or report lost cards by logging into NetBr@nch and clicking on the tab for MasterCard links.
