Now you can use Kimberly Clark Credit Union’s online account manager, NetBranch, for real-time access to your MasterCard account balance and activity, and to make a payment. Your balance and available credit will be updated immediately when a payment is posted. To use NetBranch, simply go to our Home page, click on the NetBranch link and sign on.
If you’d like to transfer your payment from another financial institution, that option is also available online. Once you are logged in to your account, click on the link for Bill Payment, then Pay Loan/MC, and Pay Loan/MC from Another Institution. Next, click on Create New Scheduled ACH Transfer and then enter your account information.
Other points to keep in mind:
The payment due date for your Platinum MasterCard account will be the 26th of each month. Your MasterCard account statement will cycle at the end of each month and you should receive it by the 10th of the month.
Payment protection insurance (credit life and credit disability) is now available at a lower premium. Call your Credit Union for details or to enroll.
